Directions to Resort from Orlando International Airport (MCO):  Start out going North on Airport Blvd. West / Airport Blvd. toward South Access Rd.  Continue to follow Airport Blvd. West.  Take the SR - 528 - Toll East Exit - Exit 1A - toward Cocoa / Kennedy Space Center.  Merge onto FL- 528 East (Toll).  Merge onto FL -  407 / Challenger Memorial PKWY. via the exit on the left toward NASA Kennedy Space Center / I - 95 North / Titusville, merge onto I - 95 North toward Titusville.   Take the SR - 44 Exit (Exit 249) - toward Deland / New Smyrna Beach.  Merge onto FL - 44 East toward New Smyrna Beach.  FL - 44 becomes FL  - A1A South.  After going over US 1 and the river bridges, make a left at the 3rd light then a left at the stop sign.  The Registration Office is located on the right.  The resort sign says Fishtail Palm.  811 South Atlantic Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32169, Tel: 386.424.3600.
